Internal Sales Executive

Location: Norwich
Salary: £30,000 £32,000 + Monthly Bonus OTE £31,000 £42,800

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Internal Sales Executive to join a growing business in Norwich.

Combining account management with proactive business development, this role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, winning new business and maximising sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing incoming enquiries and following up quotations.


• Developing relationships with new and existing customers.


• Generating new business through outbound calls and prospecting.


• Growing customer accounts and achieving sales targets.


• Working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in internal sales, account management or business development.


• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.


• A proactive, organised and commercially minded approach.


• A drive to achieve targets and develop new business.

Experience in construction, plant hire or equipment hire would be advantageous but is not essential.
