As a Junior Inbound Account Executive, you’ll convert inbound leads into loyal customers, guiding small businesses through their first steps with SumUp.
💬 Engage with inbound leads generated by our marketing team — your role is to qualify, consult, and convert.
📞 Connect with small and medium‑sized businesses by phone and email, building trust and understanding their needs.
🎤 Deliver product demos and confidently explain how SumUp can solve real‑world business challenges.
📈 Manage your sales pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring timely follow‑ups and smooth lead conversion.
📊 Report regularly on sales performance and stay aligned with team goals and growth targets.
Have some experience in a phone‑based or customer‑facing role (sales, support, retail, etc.).
Feel confident talking to people — you’re persuasive, warm, and solution‑focused.
Are curious about fintech, small business, and how things work behind the scenes.
Thrive in a fast‑paced environment where learning and adapting are part of the fun.
