Job summary

Warburtons is seeking an Instore Sales Territory Manager to own a key Central, East and North London patch, covering Holloway, Hackney, Stratford and more. You will plan your diary around sales opportunities, drive growth in-store and build retailer relationships.

Role requires 3+ years in field sales or FMCG, strong data-driven decision making, and a full driving license. Travel across the territory and remote collaboration with the team are expected.

Qualifications

• Field sales, retail or FMCG/commercial experience (typically 3+ years).
• Confidence turning store data into clear actions and measurable results.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels in store.
• A proactive, well organised approach to planning your day and managing your patch.
• Residence must be within the territory with travel across the area; full driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Delivering targeted daily visits across the Multiples, High Street and Convenience Channels.
• Executing commercial plans with excellence, driving availability, promotions, POS and compliance.
• Using data and insight to prioritise activity and focus on the biggest opportunities.
• Leading NPD launches, supporting range reviews and landing planograms in store.
• Building strong relationships with Store and Area Managers, Trading Managers and store owners.
• Accurately recording activity using our field tools (tablet provided).
• Working flexibly within a supportive Divisional team, in a remote role.
