Job summary

Brakes in London is hiring a Territory Manager for the Your Way programme, a home/field based role covering a dedicated neighbourhood. You will own end-to-end sales in your area, build relationships, onboard customers, and drive profitable growth.

Ideal candidates have field sales or account management experience, are commercially astute, proficient in Excel, and passionate about sales. A foodservice background is helpful but not essential. Competitive base plus bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales or account management.
• Commercially astute with strong relationship skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Research your target audience and opportunities in your neighbourhood.
• Build and leverage strong customer relationships with your local neighbourhood and community through constant selling, face to face meetings and understanding the customer needs.
• Onboard new customers effectively & successfully whilst ensuring close working relationships with existing accounts and track activity using Salesforce.
• Work closely with your distribution partner/ driver for your neighbourhood to create a strong team for the community.
• Deliver profitable volume growth and hit targets.
• Monitor competitor and Independent market activity around your neighbourhood and propositions to ensure you are offering our customers the best solutions and insight from the biggest Foodservice provider in the world.
