Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership or supervisor role within a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to work with initiative and consistency under tight time constraints.
• Proven ability to improve sales results through effective training and coaching.
• Demonstrated experience in recruiting or staffing decisions.
• Appreciation and understanding of Anthropologie brand and culture.

• Train and develop all new and existing associates to meet service standards.
