URBN's Anthropologie store in London seeks a leader to foster a creative store culture and inspire both the team and customers. You will support managers with service initiatives and training to elevate the customer experience.

You will train associates, recruit staff, and mentor the team, while using sales data to improve results and drive store goals. This role offers development opportunities and a strong focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership or supervisor role in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to train and develop teams to meet service standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in training and development of associates to meet service expectations.
• Build relationships with peers to achieve goals.
• Participate in staff recruitment and hiring.
• Mentor and model company standards and service for others.
• Lead by example and communicate store goals.
• Analyse sales reports to drive performance.
• Collaborate with the Department Manager to maximise sales.
• Motivate the team to deliver exceptional service.
• Participate in regular management touch-bases to align vision.
• Manage shop floor to ensure high service levels.
• Coach staff on service standards and systems.
• Be a brand ambassador delivering high-level service.
• Encourage staff to promote Anthro Programme benefits.
