Job summary

Anthropologie Europe in Manchester is seeking a Store Supervisor to drive a high level of customer service and a vibrant store culture. You will support management with training, service initiatives and operating procedures to inspire the sales team.

In this role you will recruit and mentor staff, lead by example on sales performance, and communicate store and company goals while upholding brand standards across daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership or supervisor role in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to train and develop associates to meet service expectations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in training and development of associates.
• Build relationships and collaborate with peers.
• Participate in staff recruitment and hiring.
• Uphold company standards and mentor others.
• Lead and communicate store goals and drive sales performance.
• Coach sales team and motivate towards service excellence.
• Conduct regular management touch-bases to align visions.
• Manage shop floor to maintain high service levels and brand standards.
• Support weekly meetings to discuss initiatives and store operations.
• Assist with stock transfers, markdowns, and orders.
• Contribute to loss-prevention and stock integrity.
• Support health & safety procedures.
