Job summary

Halfords is seeking a Designate Deputy Manager to support local stores and develop future store leaders. You will motivate in-store teams, model exceptional customer service, and receive comprehensive training for your permanent Deputy Manager role.

You will be coached to manage operations, deliver strong sales, and train staff in real time while upholding health & safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• At least one year of managerial experience in retail sales.
• Experience in coaching and developing colleagues.
• Knowledge of health & safety and retail operations standards.
• Skills in labor scheduling and time management.
• Proven ability to coach and train staff in real time to improve customer experience.
• Track record of achieving sales targets, including attach sales.
• Strong commercial awareness and customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proficient in MS Office.
