You will coach colleagues, manage labor, and foster a customer-centric culture in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and retail know-how are essential to deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 1 year of managerial experience in a retail sales environment.
• Proven track record in coaching and managing colleagues.
• Strong understanding of compliance and operational standards.
• Ability to meet sales targets and deliver customer metrics.
• Commercial acumen and awareness of industry trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with willingness to learn company systems.
