Halfords in Kingston upon Hull is seeking a Deputy Manager to support store operations in the Store Manager's absence. You will drive sales, coach the team, and ensure service standards stay high in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires about one year of managerial retail experience, strong communication, and a good grasp of compliance and daily operations. You will work on scheduling and performance, with opportunities for progression and rewards.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year managerial experience in retail.
• Proven coaching and people-management ability.
• Strong knowledge of compliance and store operations.
• Able to meet sales targets with strong customer metrics.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; quick to learn systems.
