Job summary

Dorchester Collection is seeking an In Room Dining Supervisor for Coworth Park Hotel in Ascot. You will work closely with the In Room Dining Manager to run the shift, take orders, deliver In Room Dining, and ensure personalized guest service at all times.

The role requires leading and developing the team, meeting guest expectations, and may involve deputizing for the manager and handling opening/closing duties. This on-site position within a premium luxury property offers generous staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in In Room Dining service and delivering personalized guest experiences.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

Responsibilities

• Support In Room Dining Manager to run the department across shifts.
• Take orders, deliver In Room Dining, and manage amenities and mini-bars.
• Ensure highest standards of service and product delivery to guests.
• Lead and train the team, including spot checks and guidance.
• Deputise for the manager when needed and oversee opening/closing tasks.

What you'll do

• Work closely with the In Room Dining Manager to run the In Room Dining department and ensure service standards are met
• Take orders and deliver In Room Dining across and be responsible for amenities and the mini bars
• Guarantee that the highest standard of service and product is delivered to our guests at all times by anticipating their needs with a personalized service
• Manage and deliver effective training and development for the team, including spot checking and guidance
• To deputize in the absence of a manager and be responsible for opening and closing the departments
• Ensure completion of your personal objectives and responsibilities Along with your main duties you may be asked to complete other tasks as and when necessary and reasonably required
