Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face engagements, inductions and assessments.
• Discuss options and consequences of non-compliance with residents.
• Identify and manage vulnerability indicators per policy.
• Engage regularly with IRC suppliers and stakeholders.
• Provide case updates and manage a portfolio of residents.
• Record interactions accurately on IT systems and brief caseworkers.
• Contribute to management reports and handle office admin tasks.
• Flag issues promptly to management or other departments.
