With 2+ years in ad creative strategy, you’ll turn data into fast, convincing content, manage shoots, and collaborate with media buyers and editors. This office-first role emphasizes speed, impact, and hands-on production.

Qualifications

• 2+ years owning ad creative performance in creative strategy, end-to-end ownership.

Responsibilities

• Generate ideas and hypotheses based on customer insight and performance data.
• Script and brief creatives; brief editors and producers.
• Oversee shoots end-to-end: booking actors, locations, props, schedules.
