In-house Recruiter (High Volume)

Location: Warrington (Hybrid working - 2/3 days a week)
Salary: Up to £50,000
Contract: 12-week Fixed Term Contract
Start: 5th Jan

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced In-House Recruiter who is used to recruiting at high volume to join this nationally renowned business on a 12-week fixed-term contract to support a high-volume hiring campaign based in Warrington.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can hit the ground running, managing large volumes of candidates while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility while still being office-based for collaboration and assessment centre delivery when required.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activity across high-volume roles, including:

  • Attracting candidates through proactive sourcing, advertising and CV searching
  • Screening applications and conducting telephone/video interviews
  • Managing high candidate volumes efficiently and professionally
  • Organising and facilitating assessment centres and group recruitment sessions
  • Coordinating interviews and managing offer processesLiaising closely with hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the hiring lifecycle
  • Ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience at every stage
  • Maintaining accurate records on ATS and recruitment systems
  • Supporting with reporting and recruitment metrics where required
  • Managing compliance, right to work checks and pre-employment screening
  • Troubleshooting recruitment challenges and adapting approaches to meet hiring demand
