2Excel Geo is seeking an In-House Recruiter / Recruitment Advisor to join our HR team at Sywell, Northamptonshire. This full-time role focuses on owning the end-to-end recruitment process—from advertising to candidate selection and onboarding—while partnering with line managers to fill diverse aviation roles.

The ideal candidate has solid experience in in-house recruitment, proficiency with ATS, and a proactive, creative approach to attracting top talent.

Qualifications

• Experience in an in-house recruiting role.
• Experience with multiple recruitment methods and ATS.
• Ability to build relationships with managers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment process for vacancies.
• Place adverts and manage ATS workflows.
• Partner with line managers to understand requirements and fill roles.
• Develop recruitment policies and train managers on them.
• Create recruitment plans and represent the company at career fairs.
• Support managers with interviews and ensure compliant practices.
