2Excel is seeking an In-House Recruiter/Recruitment Advisor to join the HR team in Sywell, Northamptonshire. About The Role

• Placing adverts and utilising our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Working closely with line managers to understand their requirements and choosing the best method to fill their roles, including headhunting candidates to fill our difficult roles.
• Creating appropriate recruitment policies and procedures using best practice and providing training for our line managers on them.
• Devising a recruitment plan to ensure we are promoted as an employer of choice, targeting the right audience and attending the career fairs.
• Supporting managers to conduct interviews.
• Ensuring our recruitment practices are legally compliant.

You will be tasked with ensuring whatever recruitment solution you select for each vacancy represents best value for money and gets the best results.

About You

You will already have experience in an In-house recruiting role and have extensive experience of using and evaluating different recruitment methods. You’ll be a confident communicator, both verbal and written, and be able to build positive working relationships with our managers. It will be key to have the ability to understand the differing, and sometimes complex, recruitment issues experienced by our managers and therefore experience of the aviation industry would be an advantage.

A solutions focussed attitude and a creative ability to help make us stand out from the crowd is essential and the successful candidate will be excited by the opportunity to take full ownership of the role. You’ll have the ability to manage your own workload and respond to multiple inputs. Experience using an ATS, would be an advantage.
