Job summary

Vectis Recruitment is seeking a Recruitment Partner to strengthen client partnerships and deliver top talent across aerospace, automotive, industrial and high-tech sectors.

You will source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, networking and internal databases; screen CVs, conduct interviews, build long-term talent pipelines and manage candidate communications to ensure an excellent experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or related fields preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
