Job summary

Churchill Estates Management is seeking an in-house recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for multiple roles. The role is an initial 12-month FTC maternity cover, based on-site at our Ringwood office in Hampshire. The recruiter will coordinate briefs, screen CVs, conduct interviews, and manage offers.

You will work closely with hiring managers and the marketing team to advertise vacancies, build talent pipelines, and provide regular recruitment updates aligned with HR strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment within a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Proactive approach to engaging talent and delivering an excellent candidate experience.
• Experience advertising vacancies, talent pooling, screening CVs, and conducting telephone interviews.
• Experience in volume-based recruitment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take vacancy briefs from hiring managers and set recruitment timelines.
• Draft engaging adverts and post on relevant job boards.
• Screen CVs and shortlist candidates for hiring managers.
• Build rapport with candidates and manage the recruitment journey.
