Job summary

Vectis Recruitment is seeking a Recruitment Partner to strengthen long-term relationships with clients and attract high-quality candidates across Aerospace, Automotive, Industrial and High Technology sectors. You will source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn and networks, screen CVs, coordinate interviews, and build talent pipelines while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruitment, sales or customer service is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You will play a key role in developing long term relationships with clients and identifying and attracting high-quality candidates.
