VHR Global Technical Recruitment in London is seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You will identify and connect with skilled technical professionals and clients worldwide, sourcing, attracting and engaging candidates through calls, social media, and targeted searches.

You will negotiate offers, build strong client and candidate relationships, and help grow our presence in Aerospace, F1, Automotive, and other engineering sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience as recruitment consultant in technical sectors is desirable.
• Ability to identify and engage highly skilled technical professionals.
• Strong sourcing and outreach capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate offers between clients and candidates to secure placements.
• Develop tailored recruitment strategies with clients.
• Present qualified candidates and facilitate the interview process.
• Grow accounts within Aerospace, Aviation, Engineering & Defence sectors.
• Source globally via job boards, social media and other channels.
• Screen and assess candidate skills and fit for roles.
• Maintain relationships with candidates and clients throughout process.
