Job summary

IT Works Recruitment LTD is seeking an experienced NetSuite professional to join as an in-house expert. You will own the NetSuite environment, optimise configurations, and drive improvements across finance, inventory, order management and reporting.

You will act as the main point of contact for system queries, lead change management, train users, and collaborate with the finance team to ensure processes run smoothly. This role offers autonomy and visibility within a growing business.

Qualifications

• Hands-on NetSuite experience as administrator, owner or consultant.
• Confident configuring NetSuite workflows, saved searches, custom fields and forms.
• Strong knowledge of finance processes within NetSuite.
• Experience with inventory, WMS, or supply chain in NetSuite is a plus.
• Clear communicator who can explain change to non-technical colleagues and bring them along.

Responsibilities

My client is an established, growing UK business. NetSuite is already live and supporting their day-to-day operations. The system works, but there is a lot more it could be doing for the business.

They’re looking for an experienced NetSuite professional to become their in-house expert. You’ll get to know the system inside out, find where it can work better, and deliver improvements that make a real difference to teams across the business.

About you

• Strong hands-on NetSuite experience as an administrator, system owner or functional consultant.
• Confident configuring NetSuite, including workflows, saved searches, custom fields and forms, and roles.
• Good working knowledge of finance processes within NetSuite.
• Experience with inventory, WMS, order management or supply chain processes in NetSuite would be a real advantage.
• Clear communicator who can explain change to non-technical colleagues and bring them along with it.
• Practical, organised and comfortable with detail.
