Qualifications

• Managing a portfolio of defendant litigation matters from pre action through to resolution, including higher value and complex claims.
• Advising on legal strategy, risk, settlement opportunities and compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements.
• Working closely with paralegals, managers and senior stakeholders to ensure effective outcomes and excellent client service.
• Supporting legal operations initiatives, process improvements, reporting and the development of best practice documentation.
• Contributing to colleague development through mentoring, feedback and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities
