Referment is recruiting an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join its in-house Talent team in East London. This hands-on sourcing role supports major engineering, construction and infrastructure projects across the UK.

You’ll work with hiring managers and operational teams to identify and engage candidates—from skilled trades and site-based professionals to engineers and supervisors—building strong talent pools for current and future project needs.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in recruitment or resourcing within construction, infrastructure, engineering, industrial or blue-collar markets.
• In-house or agency background and desire to move into an internal Talent team.
• Comfortable managing multiple vacancies and headhunting at pace.

Aufgaben

• Proactively sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking and direct approaches.
• Building talent pools for current and future project needs across the UK.
• Screening candidates against experience, qualifications and availability.
• Supporting high-volume and urgent recruitment campaigns.
• Partnering with operational managers to understand upcoming hiring needs.
• Helping reduce agency reliance through proactive direct sourcing.
• Supporting interviews, onboarding and pre-employment checks.
