Job summary

Referment is recruiting an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join its in-house Talent team in East London. This hands-on sourcing role supports major engineering, construction and infrastructure projects across the UK.

You’ll work with hiring managers and operational teams to identify and engage candidates—from skilled trades and site-based professionals to engineers and supervisors—building strong talent pools for current and future project needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or resourcing within construction, infrastructure, engineering, industrial or blue-collar markets.
• In-house or agency background and desire to move into an internal Talent team.
• Comfortable managing multiple vacancies and headhunting at pace.

Referment is working with a leading UK construction and infrastructure specialist to hire an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join their in-house Talent team in East London.

This is a hands-on sourcing role supporting major engineering, construction and infrastructure projects across the UK.

You’ll work closely with hiring managers and operational teams to identify and engage the people they need, from skilled trades, labour and plant operators through to supervisors, engineers and specialist construction professionals.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll ideally have previous recruitment or resourcing experience within construction, infrastructure, engineering, industrial or blue-collar markets.

You could currently be working in-house or within a recruitment agency and looking to make the move into an internal Talent team.

We’re particularly interested in people who have experience sourcing:

You’ll need to be comfortable managing multiple vacancies, proactively headhunting candidates and working at pace in a project-driven environment.
