Job summary

Think Specialist Recruitment are supporting a global business with the recruitment of an experienced Project Recruitment Manager. The role covers construction, engineering and infrastructure, delivering hires for a major infrastructure programme.

Based initially in Thurrock with a move to Gravesend in 2027, you will manage end-to-end recruitment, build talent pipelines and partner with hiring managers across Hertfordshire and Kent to ensure timely, quality hires.

Qualifications

• Experience in agency or internal recruitment, ideally both.
• Strong sourcing, networking and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes, employment legislation and inclusive hiring.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from requirement to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to translate needs into hiring plans.
• Sourcing candidates via networks, LinkedIn and job boards.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future projects.
• Advise on recruitment best practice and assessment.
• Coordinate with HR teams across locations to ensure delivery.
• Use data and metrics to monitor performance and drive improvements.
• Support a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
