Job summary

Routes Healthcare (North) Limited is seeking dedicated care workers to provide high-quality, 1-2-1 care in clients' own homes. You will follow detailed care plans, document care accurately, and work closely with families and the clinical team to ensure safe, compassionate support.

Role involves complex care tasks (tracheostomy, ventilation, PEG feeding) and monitoring client conditions, with ongoing training and supervision available.

Qualifications

• The candidate must have at least 6 months paid care experience in the UK, ideally with complex care exposure.
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care is required.
• Ability to follow detailed care plans and document care accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-2-1 care in the client's own home.
• Follow detailed care plans created by our clinical team.
• Maintain accurate care records and clinical documentation.
• Support clients with tracheostomy care, ventilation, and PEG feeding.
• Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals.
• Monitor client condition and respond to changes.
