Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK without employer support.
• At least 6 months paid care experience in the UK, ideally with complex care experience.
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care.
• Reliable, compassionate, and committed to delivering excellent clinical care.
• Willingness to complete specialist training in complex care skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care with dignity and respect in clients' homes.
• Manage complex medication regimens and clinical observations.
• Work in a 2-person team on double-up care packages.
• Maintain accurate care records and clinical documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families and the care team.
