Zusammenfassung

Routes Healthcare is recruiting for a complex care role in Salford. You will provide dedicated 1-2-1 care in clients’ own homes, including tracheostomy care, ventilation support, PEG feeding, and meticulous clinical documentation.

Shift patterns include day and night work across multiple packages, with 24/7 on-call clinical support. Applicants should have at least 6 months paid UK care experience, NVQ L2/L3 in Health & Social Care, and the right to work in the UK without sponsorship.

Qualifikationen

• Must have at least 6 months paid care experience in the UK, ideally with complex care experience.
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care is required.
• Right to work in the UK without employer sponsorship is required.

Aufgaben

• Providing 1-2-1 care in clients' own homes.
• Supporting clients with tracheostomy care, ventilation, and respiratory needs.
• Managing complex medication regimens and clinical observations.
• Providing personal care with dignity and respect.
• Supporting PEG feeding and nutritional management.
• Monitoring changes in client condition and escalating as needed.
• Working with healthcare professionals and families.
• Maintaining accurate care records and clinical documentation.
• Communicating effectively with clients, families and the care team.
