Job summary

Routes Healthcare (North) Limited is recruiting for a complex care role to support clients with long-term health conditions in their own homes. You will work in 2-person carePackages providing dedicated, specialist care with clinical supervision and 24/7 on-call support.

Shifts are 12 hours, with day and night availability across a Monday-Sunday pattern. Applicants must have at least 6 months UK care experience and the right to work in the UK, with training provided for complex care skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ months paid care experience in the UK
• Right to work in the UK without employer sponsorship
• Willingness to complete specialist training in complex care skills
• Ability to work as part of a 2-person care team
• Commitment to delivering excellent clinical care

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist complex care to clients in their own homes
• Manage complex medication regimens and clinical observations
• Provide personal care with dignity and respect
• Support nutritional management and lifestyle goals
• Monitor client condition and communicate with families and healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate care records and clinical documentation
