Job summary

Routes Healthcare (North) Limited is recruiting a Female Complex Care Assistant to provide 1-2-1 care in clients' own homes in Bolton and surrounding areas. You will work on complex care packages with long-term health needs, including tracheostomy care, ventilation support, PEG feeding, and associated clinical tasks.

You will follow detailed care plans, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with families and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK without employer sponsorship.
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care.
• At least 6 months paid care experience in the UK.
• Experience with complex care skills preferred.
• Reliable and compassionate and committed to clinical care.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-2-1 complex home care to clients.
• Follow detailed care plans created by clinical team.
• Manage complex medication regimens and monitor clinical signs.
• Maintain accurate care records and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families and wider care team.
• Work solo or as part of a 2-person team on double-up care packages.
