Routes Healthcare (North) Limited is seeking a dedicated complex care professional to provide specialist 1-2-1 care in clients' own homes across Lytham St Annes and surrounding areas.

You will support clients with long-term conditions, including tracheostomy, ventilation and PEG feeding, while maintaining accurate records and coordinating with clinical teams. A valid UK driving licence and right to work in the UK are required, with comprehensive training provided.

Formación

• The right to work in the UK without needing employer support.
• A full valid UK driving licence.
• At least 6 months paid care experience in the UK, ideally with complex care experience.
• Reliable, compassionate, and committed to delivering excellent clinical care.
• Willingness to complete specialist training in complex care skills.
• Experience with tracheostomy care, ventilation, PEG feeding, or similar clinical skills.
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1-2-1 complex care in the client's own home.
• Support clients with tracheostomy care, ventilation and respiratory needs.
• Manage and monitor complex medication regimens and clinical observations.
• Provide personal care with dignity and respect for clients with physical disabilities.
• Maintain accurate care records and clinical documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families and wider care team.
