Zusammenfassung

Routes Healthcare is recruiting a Complex Care Assistant to provide dedicated, specialist care to clients with long-term complex health conditions in their own homes across Clitheroe and surrounding areas. You\'ll work in a 2-person team on double-up packages, following detailed care plans created by our clinical team.

We offer Routes Academy training, clinical skills development, 24/7 on-call support, and enhanced rates for night shifts and specialist skills.

Qualifikationen

• Right to work in the UK without employer support.
• At least 6 months paid care experience in the UK.
• Willingness to complete specialist training in complex care.
• Desirable: NVQ Health & Social Care (L2/3).

Aufgaben

• Provide dedicated, specialist care to clients with long-term complex health conditions at home.
• Manage complex medication regimens and clinical observations.
• Maintain personal care with dignity and respect for clients with physical disabilities.
• Support clients with nutritional management.
• Monitor and respond to changes in client condition.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families.
