Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Customer Consultant in Glasgow to support customers in-branch and over the phone. You will handle everyday transactions, answer queries, and guide customers toward banking services and digital tools, adapting to a dynamic environment.

The role focuses on delivering trusted guidance, exceptional service, and contributing to fairer finances. Training and development are provided, with a permanent, full-time schedule (35 hours/week, Mon-Sat).
