Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics in Purfleet is seeking an experienced Customer Services Administrator to support the Imports team, handling UK bookings and day-to-day enquiries from UK customers. You will liaise with operations and overseas offices to ensure on-time deliveries and accurate order details.

This role requires proactive organisation, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office. You will report to the Customer Service Supervisor and join a large, international logistics

Qualifications

• Experienced customer services administrator in import/logistics.
• Proactive, organised and punctual with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle enquiries effectively.

Responsibilities

• Timely and effective communication with customers, partners and internal departments via email/telephone.
• Updating/verifying the DSV Order Management System with customer booking details and customs details.
• Liaise with operations and overseas offices to ensure customer commitments are delivered upon.
• Monitor deliveries to ensure timelines are met and handle day-to-day admin duties.
• Resolve credit management queries where necessary.
