DSV is seeking a Freight Forwarder/Import Operator in Immingham to manage import shipments and customer services for both general and key accounts. You will coordinate shipments from Scandinavia to UK customers via the DSV road-freight and distribution network, working with UK depots and warehousing teams.

The role involves liaising with UK and Scandinavian offices, ensuring deliveries meet customers’ requirements, and handling related customer communications and admin tasks in a fast-paced

• Self-driven with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate professionally with customers to fulfil traffic requirements per booking instructions.
• Receive bookings from UK importers via online platform or email.
• Book deliveries with UK locations and coordinate with warehouses and distribution teams.
• Instruct UK Warehouse/Distribution teams for loading/offloading cargo.
• Liaise with UK & Scandinavian offices to report discrepancies or specific needs.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and operational procedures, including safety.
