Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics is seeking a Warehouse Administrator in Slough to support warehouse operations and customer service. You will process orders, manage documentation, and ensure SLAs are met while safely operating equipment.

Ideal candidates have warehouse and admin experience, and are comfortable with RF scanning, unit picking, and flexible task assignments. Training and on-site security focus are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a warehouse environment.
• Previous experience within an administrative role.
• Team player who contributes positively to the group.
• Willingness to be flexible in undertaking alternative activities.
• Experience of an in-house Warehouse Management System (WMS) – RF Scanning and Unit Picking.
• Desirable: ability to drive MHE and training willingness.

Responsibilities

• Undertake activities in line with policy, procedures and contract practices.
• Handle and complete documentation and information as required.
• Ensure service levels are adhered to and maintained.
• Operate company equipment safely and properly.
• Attend or complete developmental training as required.
• Maintain site security according to standards.
• Monitor, pick and pack orders in internal systems.
• Provide customer updates on order progress via communications.
• Monitor and respond to emails.
