Responsibilities
- Monitor international freight shipments from start to delivery.
- Operate customer service tasks based on day-to-day operations.
- Monitor data quality and live shipment updates.
- Prepare documentation including master and house bills of lading.
- Communicate with carrier partners across the globe.
- Engage in day-to-day problem solving to meet deadlines.
- Support the team in daily tasks and KPI achievement.
- Assist management with ongoing tasks.
