Job summary

Yusen Logistics Rainham is seeking an Import Customer Services Coordinator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. Your core hours will be Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm, at RM13 8EU.

You will manage import container movements, provide customs clearance support, and arrange haulage while acting as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring accurate and courteous service. This role requires logistics experience and strong admin skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, especially import/ocean freight, is required or highly desirable.
• Strong customer service and proactive communication skills are essential.
• Excellent admin skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CargoWise or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage import container movements to ensure accurate and efficient handling.
• Provide transactional support such as customs clearance and haulage arrangements.
• Act as primary contact for clients, ensuring requirements are met courteously.
• Communicate with team and management and escalate when needed.
• Ensure data accuracy and uphold high standards of service.
• Handle FCL and LCL consolidation as required.
