Job summary

Supply Technologies, a ParkOhio subsidiary, seeks an Implementation Support professional in the UK to assist in planning, coordinating, and executing project tasks across Europe. You will liaise with stakeholders, facilitate meetings, and ensure documentation and processes meet quality standards.

You will coordinate with departments to track progress, prepare reports, and provide training and ongoing support to end-users as projects progress.

Qualifications

• Comfortable speaking with customers at all levels of their organizations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
• Basic understanding of database management and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the Implementation Manager for Europe, primarily in new business implementations.
• Ensure excellent customer care from inception to aftercare.
• Assist the team in understanding the implementation process once new business is secured.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.
