Job summary

Vantage Technologies in the United Kingdom is seeking a structured, customer-focused Implementation Officer to support the successful delivery of customer projects from handover through to go-live.

This role translates agreed requirements into clear project plans, configuration decisions and training, acting as a trusted delivery partner with cross‑team collaboration across Commercial, Customer Success, Support and Product to ensure on-time go-lives.

Qualifications

• Experience in implementation, project coordination or a customer-facing role.
• Strong ability to translate requirements into practical actions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Own the implementation journey from commercial handover through to go-live and transition into Customer Success.
• Create and manage clear project plans, milestones, responsibilities, risks and actions.
• Lead customer discovery and configuration workshops to understand workflows and outcomes.
• Configure customer systems in line with scope and best practice.
• Deliver training for administrators, managers and users (remote and on-site).
• Manage project meetings, actions and deadlines to keep implementations moving.
