Job summary

Anglian Water in Lowestoft is seeking an Operational Team Administrator to support the Water Recycling Operations team with essential administrative duties and meeting coordination.

You will maintain safety records, GDPR-compliant data, order PPE, manage invoices, and help with site administration across the catchment area. The role offers a permanent contract and flexible working options.

Qualifications

• Secretarial or administrative experience required.
• Excellent IT skills with MS Office 365.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail in all tasks.
• Flexible approach to work.
• Valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Accurate planning, scheduling and recording of meetings (rooms, minutes, invites).
• Maintain meeting diaries and schedule 1:2:1 and team meetings.
• Maintain health and safety records for all team members.
• Track training that is due to expire and gaps.
• Ensure GDPR-compliant data collection and retention.
• Order PPE, tools, equipment and stationery for team and sites.
• Process and manage invoices.
