Job summary

Reed in Partnership is seeking a Progression Coach to attract, enrol and progress Participants toward placements. The role involves coaching, health and wellbeing support, and collaboration with Job Centre Plus across Cambridge and Peterborough.

You will deliver training, assess participant motivation, set goals, and provide wraparound support to help individuals move into sustainable work. Travel will be required within the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in welfare to work or related services.
• GCSE English at grade B or equivalent Level 2 qualification.
• Willingness to travel locally to meet Participants and Employers.
• Ability to work flexibly and to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Desirable knowledge of disabilities/health issues and support needs.

Responsibilities

• Attract and enrol Participants and promote the programme to suitable candidates.
• Develop relationships with Job Centre Plus and local partners.
• Deliver training sessions and provide wraparound support to participants.
• Conduct initial assessments focusing on motivation, goals and aspirations.
• Travel across Cambridge, Peterborough and surrounding areas to engage Participants.
