Reed in Partnership is seeking a Business Manager to lead and motivate a team of Progression Coaches, delivering high-quality support to unemployed job seekers across North & East Yorkshire and Humber. The role is office-based with travel required.

You will oversee daily operations, develop staff, manage KPIs, and build relationships with stakeholders to maximise employment opportunities. We welcome applications from flexible workers and part-time arrangements where possible.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team and managing performance against KPIs.
• Strong people management and coaching skills.
• Willingness to travel across a large region and work flexibly.
