Job summary

Cullompton Community College is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team, supporting teaching staff and pupils. You will work under direct instruction, assist with class activities, and provide intervention support 1:1 or in small groups under the SENDCo.

A minimum of 3 GCSEs at C grade or above including English and Maths is required; a TA qualification is desirable. Applicants should have strong communication, empathy for students, and be committed to safeguarding; a DBS

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 GCSEs at C grade or above, including English and Maths.
• Teaching Assistant qualification desirable.
• Experience of class supervision and assisting with lesson provision to achieve positive learning outcomes.
• Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work in tandem with teaching staff.
