Job summary

Engage Education in Colchester is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils 1:1 or in small groups, helping them access the curriculum and participate in differentiated activities. The role emphasizes inclusion and progress within a structured SEN programme.

You should have experience with SEN, a Level 2/3 TA qualification preferred, and demonstrate patience, adaptability and teamwork to collaborate with teachers and support staff. DBS check required.

• Experience supporting pupils with SEN in a school or educational setting.
• Level 2 or 3 TA qualification preferred.
• Patience, adaptability and a genuine passion for helping children achieve their potential.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff.
