Job summary

eTeach UK Limited is seeking a Teaching Assistant to provide dedicated 1:1 and small-group support to pupils, with a Grade 2 level and a clear pathway to Grade 3.

Hours are full-time (32.5 hrs/wk, term-time plus 1 INSET week; paid 44.8 weeks) with flexible options for part-time applications. You will report to the SENDCO, promote inclusive learning, manage pupil progress and assist with First Aid and safeguarding.

Qualifications

  • Essential: Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or Level 2 equivalent) with strong passes in Maths and English.
  • Desirable: Level 3/A-Level qualifications, 1+ years of experience with young people, and prior school/SEND experience.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver tailored 1:1 and small-group learning strategies aligned with pupil profiles (SEND/SEMH).
  • Work with class teachers and SENDCO to manage pupil progress, behaviour and resources.
  • Foster an inclusive environment that builds pupil independence and social engagement.
  • Provide basic admin support and assist with First Aid (training provided).
  • Uphold safeguarding, confidentiality, and health and safety standards.

  • Provide basic administrative support and assist with First Aid (training provided).
  • Uphold strict safeguarding, confidentiality, and health and safety standards.
What We Are Looking For

  • Desirable: Level 3/A-Level qualifications, 1+ years of experience working with young people, and prior school/SEND experience.
