Job summary

SENse Learning is recruiting Intervention Tutors to provide one-to-one support for SEND learners across KS1–KS5, in-person, online, and hybrid formats. Roles require a child-centred, trauma-informed approach and the ability to tailor lessons to EHCPs and risk assessments.

Join a mission-driven team delivering impactful, flexible tutoring to learners who benefit most. Candidates should have 2+ years of post-NQT teaching experience and hold QTS/QTLS, with DBS and professional references.

Qualifications

• 2+ years post-NQT teaching experience.
• QTS or QTLS required.
• Experience with SEND/SEMH/MLD/SLD/PMLD is desirable.
• UK-based work authorisation is required.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with children and young people with diverse needs.
• Provide in-person, online/remote, and hybrid tutoring and mentoring.
• Deliver bespoke, flexible, trauma-informed sessions tailored to EHCP and risk assessments.
• Plan lessons and report progress with regular feedback to parents, carers, or schools.
