Job summary

Targeted Provision is seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers to support students with SEMH and SEND needs in the UK. Roles are available in person, hybrid, and remote formats with flexible hours to suit your schedule.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of teaching experience, QTS or QTLS, DBS clearance, and a passion for transforming disengaged and vulnerable learners’ lives. Competitive pay and ongoing mentoring are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience with SEND/SEMH, trauma-informed practice
• Familiarity teaching Maths, English, and/or Science
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS are required
• Enhanced DBS clearance and 2+ professional references
• UK-based with right to work, including remote/online roles
• Knowledge of safeguarding and safe learning environments

Responsibilities

• Provide in person, online/remote, and hybrid Maths, English or Science tuition for SEND/SEMH learners
• Plan and report lessons, provide regular progress feedback
• Support pupils KS1–KS5 and liaise with local authorities and schools
• Contribute to trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring strategies
