Job summary

Targeted Provision is seeking SEND tutors and teachers to transform lives by delivering Maths, English, or Science tuition to learners with SEMH and SEND needs. Roles offer in-person, online, and hybrid formats, with flexible hours to suit your schedule.

Candidates should have 2+ years of teaching experience, QTS/QTLS, and be comfortable with trauma-informed practice. DBS and references may be arranged. UK-based right to work is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND/ SEMH/ additional needs.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths and/or Science.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS) required.
• Enhanced DBS check and 2+ professional references available.

Responsibilities

• Provide in person, online / remote, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to learners with SEND/SEMH needs.
• Support pupils KS1–KS5 by delivering flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Plan and report lessons and provide regular progress feedback.
• Contribute to raising educational standards for vulnerable young people.
