Job summary

Targeted Provision is partnering with Schools and Local Authorities in the UK to recruit Core Subject SEND Tutors and Teachers. You will transform the lives of disengaged and vulnerable learners by delivering in-person, hybrid, or remote tutoring with a trauma-informed approach.

We welcome applicants with 2+ years teaching experience, QTS/QTLS, and an Enhanced DBS. Flexible hours and part-time to full-time opportunities are available to suit your schedule, with supportive CPD resources.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND/SEMH/MLD/SLD/PMLD in a trauma-informed approach.
• Experience teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.

Responsibilities

• Provide in person, online or hybrid Maths, English or Science tuition to children and young people with SEND/SEMH needs.
• Plan and deliver flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring; liaise with local authorities and schools.
• Plan and report lessons; provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Contribute to raising education standards for SEND and SEMH learners, including MLD/SLD/PMLD.
